Life gets loud, Bestfriend. Between work, family, purpose, and the pressure to “be on” 24/7, it’s easy to lose yourself. But I’ve found a few simple habits that keep me grounded no matter how busy life gets.
Still Moments with God — Even if it’s just 10 minutes in the morning, I pause to pray, breathe, and invite God into my day. It resets everything.
Journaling the Little Wins — I keep a notebook where I write down small victories. It reminds me progress is still happening, even if it feels slow.
Weekly Reset — One evening each week, I unplug, light a candle, and reset my space. Clean space, clear mind, fresh spirit.
These aren’t complicated, but they’ve kept me anchored in seasons that could have easily overwhelmed me.
Maybe your habits look different — and that’s okay. The point is, find your rhythms and guard them. Because busy doesn’t have to mean broken.

Wow, I needed this. Thanks for sharing!
