We live in a culture that celebrates hustle, likes, and highlight reels. But can I tell you what’s really a flex? Healing. Choosing to face the pain, do the work, and become whole — that’s power.
Healing isn’t a one-time altar call. It’s a daily decision to show up for yourself. It’s therapy. It’s boundaries. It’s prayer. It’s telling the truth about where it hurts and trusting God to meet you there.
At the Whole Woman Wellness Summit, I saw what happens when women decide to stop hiding their wounds and start walking in wholeness. The atmosphere shifted. Chains broke. Smiles came back. That’s the fruit of healing.
Bestfriend, don’t let anyone tell you your healing is “too much” or “taking too long.” Healing is a flex. And you deserve to walk whole.
